Core Coverage Provided
Coverage A – Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability
Covers sums the insured is legally obligated to pay due to bodily injury or property damage. The insurer has the right and duty to defend covered claims. Applies when occurrence takes place within coverage territory during the policy period.
Coverage B – Personal & Advertising Injury Liability
Covers legal liability for personal and advertising injury arising from designated operations. Subject to the same claims-made and policy period conditions.
Coverage C – Medical Payments
Pays medical expenses for accidental bodily injury on premises owned or rented by insured. Must be reported within 60 days. Paid regardless of fault, subject to per-person medical expense limit.

Major Exclusions
The policy excludes liability arising from:
- Professional advice/services (except limited first aid carve-back)
- Criminal acts, fraud, or intentional injury
- Aircraft, auto, and watercraft (with limited exceptions)
- Asbestos, silica, toxic mould, or radioactive contamination
- Nuclear liability and war (except specific endorsement coverage)
- Product recall costs
- Employee bodily injury (covered under Employer's Liability endorsement)
- Pollution (with limited sudden & accidental endorsement)
- Electronic data loss
- Fines, penalties, punitive or exemplary damages
Claims Reporting
Coverage is triggered only if claim is first made and reported during the policy period (or applicable Extended Reporting Period).
Written notice must include:
- How, when, and where the occurrence happened
- Names of injured persons and witnesses
- Nature of injury or damage sustained
An automatic basic extended reporting period is provided and does not increase limits.
Insured Parties
The policy covers:
- The named entity (Credible Medical Assistance LLP)
- Partners, members, and managers (within scope of duties)
- Employees and volunteer workers (within scope of employment)
- Newly acquired organizations (up to 90 days, subject to conditions)
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Policy governed by Indian law
- Disputes regarding quantum resolved via arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
