• Credible Medical Assistance will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD and EUR are entertained mode of payments.
• Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
• Refund Policy will be applied in accordance with Agreement that will be provided to the client.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Cancellation policy details included in the Agreement that will be provided to the client.
• India is our country of domicile and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
